Four ways to get paid
Payouts run through established payment rails rather than a closed in-house currency, which is one of the more reassuring things about the platform.
PayPal
The most commonly used option and usually the fastest. The email address on your PayPal account needs to match what you enter at redemption, which is the most common cause of a payout going astray.
Bank transfer
Straight to your account, useful if you would rather not route small amounts through PayPal. Availability and clearing time depend on your country and bank.
Gift cards
A catalogue of major retailers. Worth checking before you redeem, because some markets occasionally have gift card options that PayPal cannot match in convenience.
Virtual Visa cards
A prepaid card number you can spend anywhere Visa is accepted — effectively cash, without needing a PayPal account at all.

Timing
How quickly payouts arrive
Redemptions are frequently processed the same day, and many members report receiving PayPal payments within hours. It is normal for a first withdrawal to take a little longer than later ones, since the account and payment details are being verified for the first time.
If a payout is delayed, the usual causes are mundane and fixable: a mismatch between your account email and your PayPal email, an unverified email address, or an incomplete profile field required for payment.
